Although the beaches are like a perfect dream, hotels should keep up with the time. At Hyatt Caribe Villas, it seemed that the development to improve guest satisfaction was not affected in the past. So there was the houskeeping not before 04: 00pm. After an information from my side, I just got "there's time up to 04: 00pm", that's all. Some guests had the breakfast/lunch at their rooms, rest of the food was placed at the floor up to the evening. There was no personal contact between hotel staff and guests. Facit: One stay is enough from my point of view.
